Information Sessions for Systems via Zoom
SFQC at WestEd, in partnership with the San Francisco Department of Early Childhood, is pleased to announce the 2024-2025 Family Child Care Pathways Cohort.
FCC Pathways is a year-long professional development experience that explores three organizing questions:
• What does science tell us about how infants and toddlers learn and grow?
• How can educators support children’s learning and development through a reflective curriculum planning process?
• What is the role of observation, documentation, and assessment in meeting the needs of infants and toddlers?
It is designed for family child care educators seeking an in-depth, integrated approach to professional learning with a small cohort of colleagues.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Systems-level staff who support family child care educators participating in ELS are invited to an information session to learn about FCC Pathways.
Who is eligible to apply for FCC Pathways?
Family child care educators working with infants and toddlers (0-3 years of age) and in good standing
with Early Learning San Francisco (ELS).
What language is the 2024-2025 FCC Pathways cohort offered in?
English.
